Mike Sacco
General Manager - Talent Solutions
Mike was appointed General Manager, ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions early 2020, after leading the Talent Solutions Sales Team. This is Mike’s second ‘career’ with ManpowerGroup, having left in 2014 after spending over a decade with the business initially. With more than 20 years’ experience working across the recruitment industry, Mike has particular expertise in workforce solutions including RPO & MSP, talent acquisition and outsourcing across a broad range of industries and sectors. Prior to re-joining ManpowerGroup, he was a Client Director with Korn Ferry, was the AN/Z Talent & Engagement Lead at IBM, and Operations Director with Allegis. Mike has served on Standards Australia committees and on the NSW Recruitment and Consulting Services of Australia council. Helping organisations achieve goals and finding meaningful work for individuals – and optimising the way both are done are particular areas of interest for Mike.
Sarah Lowe
Director, Recruiting Services - DFR
Sarah is an accomplished senior leader with more than 18 years experience in cultural transformation, and recruitment, spanning both public and private sectors. In 2012, Sarah joined ManpowerGroup Australia as the National Recruiting Manager for Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) - a collaborative partnership between ManpowerGroup Australia and the Australian Defence Force (ADF). In 2015 Sarah was promoted to General Manager Operations for DFR. In this role, Sarah led the recruitment delivery of more than 7500 roles annually for the ADF across sixteen Recruitment Centres throughout Australia. Sarah provided strategic leadership for the ManpowerGroup Recruitment and Psychology teams as well as the DFR Civilian Contact Centre. In early 2019 Sarah was promoted to the role of Director of Recruiting Services, Defence Force Recruiting. In this role Sarah is responsible for leading all aspects of the DFR contract on behalf of ManpowerGroup. This includes leadership of 330 individuals, two subcontract relationships and the delivery of not just recruitment outcomes, but also the transformation of the recruiting capability for the ADF.Sarah is a member of ManpowerGroup’s Global Emerging Leaders Experience and Global Women in Leadership Program. She is also a member of the ManpowerGroup Australia & New Zealand Executive Leadership Team. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate of Human Resources and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management specialising in Change Management. She has also completed the Harvard Business Executive Credential of Readiness Program (CORe). In 2019 Sarah was a Finalist in the NSW Medium-Large Business category for the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Awards.
Daniela Morataya
Director, Client Solutions - Talent Solutions
With more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, Talent Solutions Programs (MSP, RPO & TTM) and Project Implementations, Daniela is a true seasoned professional. Having joined Talent Solutions in September 2016, Daniela is a goal orientated leader who does not compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. Her sound experience in managing programs in complex environments has seen her successfully optimise, streamline, govern and build illustrious relationships with clients. Daniela has extensive experience partnering with Clients in both the private and public sectors and leads implementations for Talent Solutions with extensive experience in HRIS, VMS and ATS systems which has seen her tailoring various solutions for our Clients. Daniela, as a valued member of the Talent Solutions leadership team, upholds and contributes to our primary focus: a belief that meaningful and sustainable employment has the power to change the world.
Dean Tulloch
Director, Client Solutions - Talent Solutions
With extensive knowledge and expertise developed over his 20-year corporate career, Dean is a valued member of the ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions Senior Leadership team. Dean has a background in both the Human Capital and Procurement sectors and understands the complexities of blue-chip environments. His focus is to uncover and maximise sources of value for his clients. His strengths are large scale partnerships and agreements where all parties contribute, feel valued and willingly participate. Dean has held roles in the Telecommunications, Banking and Outsourcing sectors and currently partners with a portfolio of Clients delivering large scale, value add solutions designed to support their human capital and business objectives. He has implemented several commercial solutions across Asia Pacific. He has partnerships within many sectors – including Financial Services, Government, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications and Outsourcing.Dean oversees a team of 40 with 6 direct reports with collective deals in excess of $500m spend under management.Dean’s focus is within Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) models and Workforce Consulting
